Our approach

First walk the floor.
Then build it together.

We develop an AI solution together. You know the work, we know the technology. Four phases, one team, and at the end something that is genuinely yours.

Tom Kuin explaining the approach on a screen while a colleague follows along at the table

The four phases

  1. 1

    Walking the floor

We come over and spend time with the people doing the work. At the front desk, in the workshop, in the office. That way we see where the time actually goes, not where we assume it goes.

    You
Let us watch; a few half-days is enough.
    Us
Write down what we see and where it chafes.
  2. 2

    Deciding together

Around the table with you and your team we pick what delivers most. Sometimes that is something we build, sometimes a system you already have or can simply buy. You know up front what you are getting.

    You
Decide with us what goes first.
    Us
Set out what we build, what it connects to and what it costs.
  3. 3

    Building and testing

We build in short rounds and your team tests each one, with real customer questions and real data. Whatever does not work is taken out before it goes live.

    You
A couple of people from your team following each round.
    Us
Build, connect it to your systems and act on what the team tells us.
  4. 4

    In use

Live is not finished. We train your people in their own working environment, measure whether it is actually used and keep refining until it runs by itself.

    You
Room for your team to learn it and use it.
    Us
    Training, first-line support and maintenance.

What you can count on

Four commitments that hold on every project.

  • The code and the data are yours

What we build is your property. No per-user licence and no dependence on us to carry on.

  • We fit around what you have

Exact, Microsoft 365, your planning board, your phone system. We build alongside them, not over them.

  • Even when it is not ours

If Microsoft Copilot or some other existing system is the better choice, we say so and help you roll it out.

  • Your team is involved from day one

Not a handover at the end, but watching and testing along in every round. That is how it becomes the team's own.

Frequently asked questions

Our approach, explained plainly.

The questions business owners ask us most often, answered without detours.

  • We help companies take work off their hands with AI. That might be an AI agent handling the phone or WhatsApp, software that ties your systems together, or help rolling out a tool you already own. What it turns out to be is something we decide together, after we have seen how the work runs at your place.

Shall we come and walk the floor?

A first conversation commits you to nothing. We come over, take a look and tell you honestly whether and where AI would be worth it for you.
